1. Introduction & Agreement to Terms

Welcome to HibaVie. This website is operated by HOA Group LLC, registered in New Jersey, USA. By accessing or using our website, purchasing products, or engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.


2. Eligibility to Purchase

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from our site.

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order.

  • Products are sold for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed without our prior written consent.


3. Product Information & Disclaimer

  • All product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions on our site are for informational purposes only.

  • Ingredient lists may change as we improve our formulas. Please refer to the product packaging for the most up-to-date information.

  • HibaVie products are cosmetic products, not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

  • Statements have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

  • Individual results may vary. We recommend performing a patch test before using any new skincare product and discontinuing use immediately if irritation occurs.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.

  • We accept payment via approved payment methods shown at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or policy violations.


5. Shipping Policy

5.1 Shipping & Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays) after payment is confirmed.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

HibaVie is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, our fulfillment center, customs clearance, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Delivery Confirmation

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

Once an order is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, HibaVie is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.


6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare products and applicable U.S. hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any product that has been opened, used, or otherwise unsealed after delivery.

Unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions in this policy.

6.2 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in the original sealed packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

  • The customer must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

  • The return must be initiated by contacting us at info@hibavie.com before shipping the product back.

6.3 Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened, used, or unsealed skincare product.

  • Gift cards, promotional items, and items marked “Final Sale.”

6.4 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

The customer must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If the order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence. Claims for damaged or defective products must be made before the product is used, unless the defect was only apparent after opening. Upon verification, we will either:

a) Arrange for a replacement at no additional cost, or

b) Issue a full refund, including shipping costs, to the original payment method.

6.5 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

6.6 Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6.7 Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds for products that do not meet the conditions stated in this policy.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, product names, logos, videos, product packaging, brand designs, and design elements, are the exclusive property of HibaVie or its content suppliers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • No part of the site or its content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, HibaVie and HOA Group LLC disclaim all liability for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Customers are responsible for reading all ingredient lists and instructions before use and ensuring products are suitable for their skin type.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.


9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HibaVie, HOA Group LLC, its affiliates, and employees from and against all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of your use of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.


10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.


11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
