Return Policy
We want you to love your HibaVie experience. If your order isn’t perfect, here’s how we can help:
1. Unopened Returns
You may return unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery.
Please contact us at info@hibavie.com before sending anything back.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.
2. Opened Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue.
Claims must be made before the product is used, unless the defect was only apparent after opening.
Upon verification, we will either:
a) Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or
b) Issue a full refund, including shipping costs, to your original payment method.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit — we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the above conditions or are returned in a non-resalable condition.
