Return Policy

We want you to love your HibaVie experience. If your order isn’t perfect, here’s how we can help:


1. Unopened Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused items in their original sealed packaging within 14 calendar days of delivery.

  • Please contact us at info@hibavie.com before sending anything back.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.


2. Opened Products

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, proof of purchase, and clear photos of the issue.

  • Claims must be made before the product is used, unless the defect was only apparent after opening.

  • Upon verification, we will either:

    a) Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or

    b) Issue a full refund, including shipping costs, to your original payment method.


4. Return Shipping

  • Unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit — we recommend using a trackable shipping method.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • We reserve the right to refuse refunds for products that do not meet the above conditions or are returned in a non-resalable condition.
